how can i publish my book?

hey house, i am a graduate opf psychology and a good writer. while serving, i was able to write two books, (basially fiction novels) but right now only one of is in the manuscript.
i know my stories are good, but right now i am so broke, no job yet, so no cash. i stay in abuja, and the man i met to edit it for me, said i shoud bring 40thousand naira, especially after he considered the size of the book.
men i dont have that amount.
is anyone interested in helping me out. i dont mind you seeing part of the story before consideration.
i dont mind if it could be acted and published all the same, anybody who could link me up to the right source to make my book and stories come into the light?

Try and contact some publishing houses like Evans Publishers, Spectrum Books... etc. they should be able to help you out.

thanks, but shouldt it be edited first? well another reason why i have not given this idea a consideration is basically because i lack fund, i dont know how i will work into a publishing house without any money, considering how people regard others they see as beggers.
anyway, can any one give my the adress of any good publishing house here in Abuja? i can try my luck. Thanks
