For those who want to apply, go to www.dvlottery.state.gov/application.aspx it wont take up to five mins to apply. The only problem would then be how to get the rirht picture to use. when you get to the above site, there is a part where you can validate ur pic that is ur pic will be checked if it complies with the requirement of the lottery. very simple.
you will also be able to see samples of pictures that is acceptable by the program. U can change the size of ur pic, using adobe photoshop software, to 600 by 600 pixels. its very easy.
