House!! Union Bank & PZ. Which is better 2 work for? Pls help

2 an xtent i tink PZ is beta. Bankin job dis days is not reliable, intercontinental bank shared their xmas bonus yesterday by sackin 1500 people. Albeit, UNION bank wil pay more bt they may also demand mor frm u. PZ wil pay us at d long run. I'm also pikin them over UAC. Hopin 2 see u nxt year. Howeva, let God guide ur decision. Gud luck

I'll choose PZ on the grounds that their longterm benefits are unquantifiable and very rewarding.
PZ to me, affords a better job security than Union(no disrect meant).That means u're less likely going to
get fired @ will(like wat obtains in our banking sector today)...Professionally, a job wit PZ places U on a better pedestal career-wise.
In a nut-shell, i'll advise U go for PZ...dont be beclouded by the 'mega' pay(which makes Union Bank appear better in the short run)
