Our Client, a multinational Company that is engaged in the business of Property Development, Hotels and Function Halls, based in Ikeja, Lagos requires the following for employment to head its major two Divisions

Head, Hotel Section

Requirements

- BSc or HND in Hotel Management
- 7 to 10 years management experience in any top hotel
- Must not be more than 42 years old and not less than 30 years of age
- Must be able to liaise with the management team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must not be more than 42 years old and not less than 30 years of age

Head, Home Section

Requirements

- BSc or HND in Estate Management
- Must have 7 to 10 years work experience in an Estate or Property Development Firm
- Must be able to liaise with agents and contractors
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have experience in the Construction field
- Must be computer literate
