I think this system is going to be very conveinient for us because I heard from a reliable source that some companies, including banks like UBA are already adopting this new method.

This exam certifies you ok; aspa no need to write another test, before one could be absorbed into any company or organisation. Things are turning out to be a lot easy for us.
