Yes, you can. After all a friend of mine was doing his full time Msc in UK, but the record showed that he was doing his NYSC in a Northern state. Besides, it also depends on the kind of job you are doing, the generosity of your boss , if any and above all, YOUR LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE. For more specific advice, we need your work schedule. Cheers!
