Eagleminds foundation is a non-governmental organization set up, basically, to identify, guard and link genuine business conscious minds to resources, who don’t have the resources to finance their business plan or need guidance on how to become a business empire owner .

-Serving NYSC Corps members
-Future NYSC Corps members: final year students, undergraduates, awaiting call-up
letter, of higher institution of learning
-Ex-corps member/working class

INSTRUCTION:
1. Do not fill this questionnaire twice (two times)
2. Before you fill it, forward copies to friends, colleagues, and awaiting / incoming corps
members, final year students of higher institution of learning and undergraduate you
know. Send to as many as possible.
3. Tick or write your response in the appropriate section.
