Role Overview

The position holder is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the MD/C.R.O. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD.

Knowledge, skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as an executive assistant
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of MS office applications, including Word and Excel
• Concentration, accuracy, great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Qualifications

• B.Sc.
