the devil you know is never better than the angel you dont know.thats a twisted philosophy of the world we are in .its quite possible that none so far has been found worthy in their congregation to take up the job after a thorough search or they are short of qualified and willing hands. so you guys dont have to criticise them.

there are people who know that they have the call of God in their life but the senerio surruonding ministerial operation now sems to scare intended persons thou we have fake intenders also but there are geniue ones,my point is that how can the real persons be encourage to takeup responsility in the lords work this last days of high deception.pls talk your own some are been used without a commesurate standard

If pastors are recruited, then they can be fired as well.
which means for them to keep their job, they must preach strictly according to their employers guidelines and not according to the spirit.

By the way , you didn't specify the minimum requirements 1st class, 2:1, 2:2 and can those with 3rd class send their CV's too
I hope they take GSE too, otherwise you won't be sure those who bought their qualifications.
This is simply ridiculous, a mockery of genuine christianity.
Please select overseers and deacons from among your congregation, that is if you are not a marketer or worse still a fraudster.
