when applying for jobs like in the banks is it good to add your previous industrial attachment to a bank when applying in anorther bank?
Re: do you add previous employment to your c.v. when applying for another?
Yes, i think you should add previous employment.
Remember the essence of your CV is to 'sell yourself' to prospective employers...to make them see how much more value you could add to their organisation. If u have such Industrial experience as relevant to the industry to which u are applying, i would even suggest to break your CV into two sections:
1. Relevant Professional Experience: In this section u can say the work such as Industrial training u did with the bank...don't make it seem as if u were idle...emphasize what u were able to learn as well as what u were able to accomplish.....ways in which the organisation became better by having u.
2.General Experience: Here u can put any other experience that u might have outside the industry but that you could still use to benefit the prospective employer.
Wishing u the best
