Creating a job for yourself in that dream organisation

I'd like to share this with you guys, concerning getting a job without waiting for vacancies. I believe that you can get your dream job by equipping yourself and researching into the skill requirement of the organisation and making yourself relevant even when you don't have a degree. This has worked for me over time (In the last three jobs). For me its a case of job satisfaction and putting in your best. I have been in the communications industry for about three years and already am looking at the possibility of moving into financial communication. So at the moment am equipping myself for this challenge.
