THE CLASSIC DILEMMA - JOB needed to get [EXPERIENCE] needed to get a JOB

THE RAMBLINGS OF A YOUNG SCHOOL-LEAVER:

What do I do? How can I find my way out this so-called CLASSIC DILEMMA which stipulates that "I need a job to get experience and I also need experience to get a job" ? I am only a recent graduate. To apply for a job they tell me I need at least 2 - 5 years experience then how can I get a job siince I am just leaving school. Is there a way out of this? I need suggestions.
