is the interview meant for those that have filled the civil service form.

I filed the form at civil service office Abuja since and i learnt that interview will commence Monday. pls can somebody tell me what we are espected to bring to the venue on that day because since yesterday,i have been searching for the photocopy of my form to no avail. pls house i need information urgently as the date is already inview...........plsssssssssssss
