BANK JOBS AND NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

My people, over time I have been thinking that its high time we started to consider the implication of this mass move to getting bank jobs. Fine, everybody is carried away with getting the best pay package, this i must say we are doing at the expense of our national development. What is the expected fate of other sectors like the agriculture, education, transportation just to mention a few. The best brains from institutions of learning are lured to the banks irrespective of thier training, the attendant effect is that the banks are growing stronger at the expense of other sectors of the economy.
My people I do appreciate the fact that this forum is a job search one, but I think we should give it a good use at national issues as we still are the nation builders.
