It is quite unfortunate that employment in Delta State has been monetized. Otherwise, why would one need to obtained a form for N1500 in order to apply for a job that one is not certain would be his/hers. Delta State prides itself as one of the richest states in Nigeria yet its government is one of the most pervert, uncaring and directionless. In this era when job application has been simplified by e-mail and online job application form, few people wearing the toga of government are there ripping of and milking their citizens. It is indeed unfortunate!!!!!!!!!!!
