Hello wonderful people, sometime ago, I applied for customer care position in Zain Oghara, after the application, they sent me a mail confirming my apllication. Some persons told me last week that Zain sent them message, telling them they were not qualified.
Please I want to ask if anyone got a different reply?
Also does anyone has info about the test format of FIRS?
