Am i an Accountant or Account officer, pls Advise~

Gud day House pls i need counselling from the house I apply through an agent as Accountant and was employed through in terview with the md as an Accountant but later on when appointment leeter want s to be given to me the Admin Mnager had to type Account officer but all my effort to tell her i didnt apply as n account officer prove abortive.In that case i rejected the appointment letter still working with the firm. wat did house think i can do.
THe MD always refrs to me as the firm Accountant but she always say Account officer which i always turn down.Right now as im sending this the appointment leter still with her she said i should go to md but she is a very busy type which has no time for issue like that.kini ki nse? and again all document forward to md bears accountant but she want to be madam all undstand
