affidavit of guarantee certificate

my fellow job seekers,please i need your help on this one.i got a mail today from paxson nigeria compant limited for a job offer.before the interview date which is saturday 3rd dec 2011 i must scan an affidavit of guarantee certificate which i will get from a law firm in alausa named alban law chambers.please is anyone aware of such a certificate.should i go ahead and pay the 4500 requested by the lawyer for the certificate?
pls somebody advice me if you have had about tyhe certificate before.
