Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in the Social Sciences or related field.
• Masters Degree in Community Development Education would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in community relations position.
• Track record of building and managing alliances and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Good background in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent judgment and sensitivity.
• Ability to present information concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Conflict Resolution and Negotiation skills.
