Job Position: Architect
Job description:

• coordinate, supervise and provide management/architectural services on major building projects
• resident site supervision of building projects
• coordinate designs, bill of quantities and other lender/contract documents
• administration of building contracts

Qualification:

• Msc architecture or its equivalent
• Msc in construction/project management would be an advantage
• membership of NIA and ARCON or similar professional body is an advantage
• good knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, ArchiCAD, Microsoft Projects, 3DMAX
• good knowledge of contract administration
• knowledge of construction management
