Description of Function:

The Proposal Manager will have the responsibility of planning and coordinating the preparation, review, and management approval of cost budgets and proposal documentation in response to Client’s requests for proposals (RFPs). The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through will be the key to success in this role.

Capabilities Required:

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in an Engineering Degree will be preferred. Some experience in Business Administration, Marketing and /or accounting will be an added advantage.

2. Five years of Industry experience with a minimum of three years in project engineering/ project management for Engineering Design Projects.

3. Working knowledge and experience with preparation of budgets, schedules and cost estimates for Engineering Design Projects.

4. Must be able to co-ordinate the creation of proposals documents including technical scope of work descriptions, preliminary drawing packages, project schedules, cost estimates and other documents required

5. Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.

6. Good Knowledge of the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry and Engineering Design.

Salary Grade/Range:

Commensurate with experience.
Salary Scale: 10 million/annum
