Job Position: Production supervisor -SA002
Job description:
- supervise the production operators and technicians
- compile and analyze production reports including dats to give information on performance
- ensure production operations are carried out in safe manner
- ensure strict compliance of personnel towards safety rules and standards
- ensure production operations meet acceptable standards and design parameters
- schedule maintenance for process equipment
- performance routine facility inspection
- carry out safe plant shutdown and start up
- take decisions regarding unit or plant shutdown in critical situations
- report changes in the productions trend or abnormal process conditions
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2nd class upper university degree in process/mechanical/petroleum/chemical engineering
- membership of SPE,NSE,COREN etc
- good organizational and management skills
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- oral and written communication in English
- computer literate
Job position: Maintenance Supervisor - SA023
Job description:
- Plan preventive maintenance , ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out in all equipment and utilities
- supervise routine maintenance on utility equipment and lines
- routine inspection of equipment
- timely requisition and aggressive follow up on equipment spare parts
- document equipment maintenance history
- identify potential hazards of equipment maintenance and liaise with the HSSE Officer to recommend preventive measure
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- assist the production superintendent in ensuring that reports on equipment integrity are timely
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2nd class upper university degree in process/mechanical/petroleum/chemical engineering
- membership of NSE,COREN etc
- knowledge of electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering
- ability to work with no supervision
- ability to identify hazards in the process of job executions
- ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- ability to supervise maintenance contracts
- computer literate
