1. QA/QC Manager

Qualifications/Requirements

• Significant operational experience in a food company or similar
• Must have previously held the position of QA/QC production line supervisor/or QA/QC Assistant Manager
• Must have experience implementing a range of QA/QC tools
• Must be internationally experienced
• Must be familiar with QA/QC daily routine work
• Must have solid knowledge in food safety and line packaging supervisionMust have good interpersonal skills
• Must have strong analytical, logical, problem solving, supervision/managerial skills
• Highly result oriented
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
• Experience in working with organization with a western culture & management style
• Must have experience in the challenges involved in working & living in Africa

• A degree in food science/microbiology

1. QA/QC in Shift Process Control

• Significant experience working in a food company

• Must have previously held the position of IPC – In Process Control
• Experience in QA/QC toll – HACCP, GMP, ISO
• Knowledgeable in process control as it relates to product quality
• Highly result oriented
• A team player
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
• Experience in working with organization with a western culture & management style
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and supervision skills

• A degree in food science/microbiology

1. Filling & Packing Line Supervisor

• Must have been a Packing Line Supervisor/or assistant manager

• Solid knowledge in food safety and line packing supervision

• Experience in running packing lines; tin can/sachet/soft pouch
• Highly resulted oriented
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
• Experience in working with organization with a western culture & management style

• Degree in Chemistry or other related courses

1. Electro/Mechanic/Technician

• Minimum of 6 years experience in maintenance technical service

• Strong background in the maintenance field
• Experience in leading a maintenance department
• Must have worked as machine/equipment officer/supervisor/ or maintenance assistant manager
• Solid knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical maintenance
• Proactive, dynamic & hands-on approach
• Experience in working with organization with a western culture & management style
• Fluent in English (written & oral)
• Strong supervision/managerial skills
• Degree in Mechanical /Electrician Engineering
