A Business Advisory firm in Lagos is currently searching for a Male Executive Assistant. Candidate will be responsible to do the following;

Description:

• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

Qualifications.

• First degree and minimum of 5 years experience relevant
• Mature, personable, intelligent, writes well and has good command of English
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Preferably Male
