Urgent Vacancy for Estate Surveyors

[b]ESTATE MANAGERS /SURVEYORS URGENTLY NEEDED

Due to expansion and growth of our conglomerate, we urgently need smart, young, dynamic and result oriented male/female Estate Surveyors and valuers with Bsc or HND (Estate Management) to head our Port Harcourt office – Preferably female who is acquainted with Port Harcourt (Rivers and Bayelsa State) property market.
Requirements:
? Must be experienced in compulsory acquisition and oil damage / spillage valuations and must have a flair for marketing.
? Must be prepared to meet set minimum income and monthly targets.
? Must have had a minimum of 4years sound professional experience with ANIVS or about to have and with prospect of being made a partner within 2years.
? Must have a valid driver’s licence.
