AUTOCAD ENGINEER
The candidate should be a design graduate and have at least 5 years experience in construction career, with a reputed company.
Skills required:

• use computer-aided design for detailed design, generating parts lists and specifications
• able to react fast for design modifications and trouble shooting

• understanding of a range of technologies and engineering drawings
• knowledge of computer-aided design and rapid prototyping
• knowledge of computer-assisted design software
• ability to liaise effectively with colleagues in many other departments

WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN
OND in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years hands on experience
Skills required:
* Perform repair, maintenance and related service work ON HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT E.G Truck,forklift,cranes etc
* Install bearings & sprockets on transmission shafts etc
* Ability to Dismantle heavy duty equipment and identify faulty parts for replacement
* Comply with safety standards at all times
* Able to read technical drawings in order to assemble machine parts
*Assist the Workshop supervisor to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and performs intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all ground equipment directly supporting aircraft maintenance.
- Carry out of vehicle service and repair as per specified in the service checklist and Vehicle Repair Order
- Ensure all service and repairs are performed thoroughly and in accordance to good quality practice
- Observe honest and ethical practice of genuine replacement of parts and service rendered according top the checklist and scope of works



INDUSTRIAL MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
-Record parts and materials used, and order or requisition new parts and materials as necessary.
-Record repairs and maintenance performed.
-Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
-Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
-Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
-Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
-Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.
-Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
-Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
-Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
-Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
-Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
-Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.
-Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators.

Maintenance Manager
-Plan develop and perform review of plant
-Initiate,implements,and manages the plant maintenance
-Prepares reports,analyzes data,and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance –related problems
-Supervises plant maintenance personnel.
-Assist with hiring of maintenance personnel
- Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
- Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.
- Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the ethanol industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
