JOB TITLE: Customer Relation Officer, Office Assistant and Personal Assistant to the MD Preferably (Female), Account Officer.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Minimum of Ond Holder.
Skills and Responsibilities: Customer Relation:
Responsible for conceptualizing and managing a diverse range of customer.
Candidate must be prepared to discuss assumptions used for developing budget and forecasts.
Responsible for reaching out financial goals in one or more of our key customer retention categories.
Ability to participate in a variety of special projects as requested.
Ability to work with customer Service, Marketing Services and Operation to develop and maintain a customer focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value
Individual must be a Computer literate.
Individual must be able to work under pressure.
Individual must be Bold Audible and Confident.
Individual must possess inter personal relationship.
Account Officer Responsibilities and Duties:
Assists in the development and implementation of the District accounting system to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and auditing procedures.
Prepares and monitors grants and categorical program reports and claims to minimize agency disallowances.
Monitors grant and categorical program expenditures for compliance with District policy and granting agencies to ensure acceptance of reports.
Monitors grant and categorical reports for accuracy and appropriateness of expenditures to facilitate auditing procedures.
Assists with the preparation of annual District budget for grants and categorical programs to assure expenditures are balanced to revenues.
Prepares fiscal year-end closing entries to facilitate a clean audit
Assists in the development and implementation of the District accounting system to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and auditing procedures.
