No one knows nada? Would just love to know what d working environments are like, rewards and career-path prospects. Again, any input will be appreciated. God bless you.
Pls tell ur friend its GUINNESS ALL THE WAY......i have worked in Unilever b4 and i tell u,,u can only enjoy Unilever if u are a management staff,,,if u are not,,u'll be frustrated cos there's serious discrimination there and u could be there for years without promotion/salary increment.......Guinness is far better than Unilever!!
Even on management level,,,u cant compare what Guinness offers to what Unilever can offer....UNILEVER,,na just the name dem get!!
Bros a situation whre guinness employs and put ..an OND holder, HND holder and a Degree WIthout experience, employed at the same time/for same role, in the same salary scale..watsdoes dis mean and ..those that mean dey rate dem thesame or wat?..wats the tendency of the degree holder rising in such condition?
I can't really say much about the career path in Guiness but I can tell you that they PAY like HELL, far better than Unilever. However, I know there's a well structured career path in Unilever (at least if you enter as a Management Trainee).
Guinessis the best, its better than unilever.
Thanks everyone. Seems like it's a choice btw getting a better pay @ guinness or a better career path @ unilever. God bless you.
