Total Aptitude test was a Disappointment.

I went to gatecrashed as usual but was not allowed. Total Final Elf arranged for an Experienced Production Operator today but many were disappointed because they are over qualified for the Job. The advert stipulated OND in any engineering field. Many people with OND/HND/BSC were invited. But the invitation letter that was sent indicated that all should come with NYSC cert and other credentials. Do u knw that after all of them were sitted, those with HND/BSC having NYSC cert were ask to dismiss frm the Hall. It was a great offence for their HR to convey a wrong message so as to get only OND holders. Do they expect someone to get experience without getting Higher qualification or should one nt be honest towards employment? Whoever choosed to take up a work that requires lower qualification shud nt be discourage bcos it's nt his fault that he has being jobbless. A wise man should use the job delay to acquire more knwledge. I am very sure that majority of those that were allow still posses higher certificates, but lets watch and see how the interview will go with the successful ones.
