1. RECTOR(EXPATRIATE CAN ALSO APPLY): The Rector is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Institute.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Ø At least Second Class (Lower) of BSc in Computer Engineering or ICT related discipline
Ø Master Degree in ICT related discipline is an advantage
Ø At least 7 years of post-graduate experience, 4 at least, must have been at a management level
Ø Very creative, innovative and ICT savvy with evidence of Certifications
Ø Evidence of membership of relevant professional bodies
Ø Proven integrity, honest and objective
Ø Not more than 50 years of age
Ø Strong experience and knowledge of tertiary education leadership, administration and management
Ø Strong experience working with tertiary education regulators, eg: NBTE, JAMB, Federal Ministry of Education, etc.
2. REGISTRAR: The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Institute.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Ø At least Second Class (Lower) in Humanities or Social Sciences discipline
Ø Law Degree has an advantage
Ø At least 5 years of post-graduate experience, 3 at least, must have been at administrative level
Ø Very creative, innovative and strong IT skills
Ø Evidence of membership of relevant professional bodies
Ø Proven integrity, honest and objective
Ø Not more than 40 years of age
Ø Experience and knowledge of educational leadership and administration
Ø Strong experience working with tertiary education regulators, eg: NBTE, JAMB, Federal Ministry of Education, etc.
3. HEAD OF FINANCE & ACCOUNT: The person will be responsible for Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Treasury Management, Statutory Audit and Tax Matters.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Ø At least Second Class (Lower)/Lower credit in BSc/HND Accounting or related discipline
Ø Must be a Chartered Accountant
Ø At least 5 years of post-graduate experience working with reputable accounting application package such as Sage (Peachtree) 50 premium accounting with not less than 1-2 years of post-professional qualification experience
Ø Very innovative and strong IT skills
Ø Evidence of membership of relevant professional bodies
Ø Proven integrity and honest
Ø 35-45 years of age
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø A team player who thinks on his/her feet
Ø Reliable and Accurate
Ø Experience and knowledge of prepayment and accrual accounting
Ø Able to work under severe time pressure
Ø Logical approach to financial accounting problem solving
TENURE AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:Conditions of service are attractive and similar to what is obtainable in similarly privately owned Institution. Positions 1 and 2 are for a probatory period of 2 years.
