For Toefl registration in the south south, u can call 08037770119, EXPEDITE INTERNATION. The test centre is located in warri. U can register and take yr exams there.

@relaxx, TOEFL is taken all year round. Anytime u r ready to write it. It costs about $175 for online registration and a little bit more when u use an organization to register u. First Logic is the centre for most TOEFL exams and they register people's various locations. I hope dis helps.
