The link is accessible. My own issue is that after filling the form and submitting, is still returning error in cap word. Is any other person experiencing the same issue? NB: the cap word I typed is the same as the one given

Yea! My guy i hv tried a million times submitting, the app continues bouncing back giving me massage delivery failure in my e-mail inbox as somebody complained earlier. I cann't submit and i want to submit. I studied Marine engineering and desperately want my appllication to pass through. I need help here, somebody should assist me on time.
