Snr. Administrative Officer urgently needed

An Oil and Gas Servicing Company in Lagos, requires the services of a Snr. Administrative Officer.

The applicant must have:
- A good first degree,
- At least 3 years experience in the Admin Department of a well structured organization,
- Experience in international travel logistics, including; interfacing with embassies, processing international travels documents, and visa application documentation etc.
- Experience in sourcing for vendors, management of the vendors, and the supplied goods.
- Experience in exhibition management and arranging logistics for such exhibition.
- Renewal of corporate license documents with approved government agencies
- Experience in Office and Facilities management
- Very good interpersonal skills,
- A good knowledge on the use of Microsoft office suite.
