Questions were typically about competencies: Your greatest achievement, how you cope under pressure, how you work in a team and solicit feedback, how you make team mates feel important and useful, your career aspirations within shell etc.Hope this helps someone. I'm gathering info to prepare for the SRD immediately. Will share if I find anything interesting. Good luck.
I'll advise you ave answers for teamwork, greatest achievement, relationship with others, and your reason 4 applying to shell related questions. Make sure Ʊ give the most appropriate scenario for every question asked

Yea, SRD notifications have been going around although no date given yet.

@ MrFlaunt I think it'll be a continuous process, perhaps in batches of 2-3mths interval... Something to keep the HR department busy I guess.
i have been quiet all this while because i dont know what to contribute. but i think i have something different here.
i wrote my 1st test on 15thof may and wrote my second one on 18th of may, got reply immediately. my status have been application in view , just five 5mins ago i checked again, i found out that my status have changed to "Grad passed online test" . debate pls?
I saw the same HR status too (Grad passed online tests part 2)....is there anyone with an explanation?
