they didnt really check our certificates, though we were asked to bring them out. Just be confident and work fast.
The numerical is really annoying, the time is crazy!
just go with any copy of any one U av. And a valid Id.

@all, ur statement of result is sufficient so do not fret. However, i do not know anytn abt photocopies since it was originals dat was stressed in d IV. if its more orless impossible to get ur original statement, then i suggest u go wit a valid ID, d photocopy of ur statement n d invitation letter dat was sent to u.explain to whoever is in charge n hopefully u would be allowed to write. Omo na papa God hand the thing dey now. It was good....as for me it was a case of finishing spatial, doing 28 in verbal and 14 numerical. All in all I bless God coz "I no do pass my pawa"......lol. Y'all can do better.

Musco, i didnt have my originals as well. Although i had certified copies, affidavit and a police report. But, your photocopies would suffice if you explain the reason why you couldnt get them. I might also advice that you go with a birth certificate/age declaration that reflects the exact date you filled in your application.
Someone who wrote in lagos had his name starred on the list because the year on his certificate was different from the one on the application.

they checked certificates and birth cert in lagos...but i think they aint so curious this yr like last year...so no fear....they would be stricter during the interview stage if one makes it....gudluck

Hi guys. I heard someone say here that last year about 70,000 guys wrote the test, I doubt. In my batch in lag we were about 280, the hall had capacity for at most 300 guys. Given 3 batches daily that would amount to about 900, given 5 days testing in lag, that would amount to about 4500 persons. My guy in ph says his batch had like 500 guys. Going by similar logic ph should produce like 1500 guys per day and 7500 through 5 days. Thus through the whole exercise, all things being equal we should be looking at about 12,000 guys. 70,000 guys at this rate will take at least 10 weeks to finish testing.
A friend of mine who made it to the SRD last year said they were about 1300 guys who made it to the interview stage. This figure looks quite big to me especially as only about 10 guys attend the SRD per day. 1300 guys across lag, ph and warri will take at least 40 days to interview. Can anyone from last batch corroborate this for me? Any fairly accurate idea how many guys made it to the interview stage last year?
Good luck to fellas still testing. Check out careers.total.com. I think they are recruiting. I applied for Reservoir Engineer. There are a number of vacancies there for guys with 0 t0 5 years experience.
@Makeway2029,250 t0 300 applicants did SRD last year (2012) for technical graduates. Shell cant invite 1300 applicants to SRD because it is very time consuming. An average of about 6 to 8 people are interviewed per day per centre. All the best to NHJ guys!Quote:

I wrote my test in PH 2day. Not so smiling with time but with God, I'm dreaming of SRD!
Today is the final day of the tests. Now how many weeks do we have to wait to get ivs for the SRD. Guys with past experience pls intimate. THE ULTIMATE WAIT BEGINS...AGAIN!
