Required Experience/Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience and Competence Requirements
• Ideally a bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineer, plus at least 10 years experience in a major project environment (offshore experience is not required)
• Strong technical background with understanding of Engineering processes and drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively in fast-paced multi-cultural environment is essential
• Working knowledge of a broad range of cost estimating systems, tools and practices
• Ability to deal with multiple, often conflicting, goals and priorities.
• High degree of self motivation with a proven track record in achieving stretching personal and business goals.

7. Senior Cost Engineer – expat and Expat
Required Experience/Qualifications
• BSc. Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years of project experience in the oil & gas industry (Substantial experience in another industry will be considered on a case by case basis).
• 15 years of relevant job experience as a cost engineer within the oil & gas industry will suffice for the lack of academic qualifications or degree.

???Cost Engineer – local
Required Experience/Qualifications
• BSc. Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years of project experience in the oil & gas industry (Substantial experience in another industry will be considered on a case by case basis).
• 10 years of relevant job experience as a cost engineer within the oil & gas industry will suffice for the lack of academic qualifications or degree.

???Planning Engineer – local
Required Experience/Qualifications
• BSc. degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years of project experience in the oil & gas industry (Substantial experience in another industry will be considered on a case by case basis).
• 15 years of job experience as a planning engineer within the oil & gas industry will suffice for the lack of a degree.

???? Risk Management Engineer – local
Required Experience/Qualifications
• B.Sc. degree or HND in Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of project experience in the oil & gas industry (Substantial experience in another industry will be considered on a case by case basis).

???Document / Data Controller - local

Required Experience/Qualifications
B.Sc. degree or HND in any Engineering Field with a minimum of 7 years of Information Management for Project (IM4P) experience in the Oil & Gas industry (The experience must verifiably cover both Document and Data Control).

Required Competencies
• Experience of Shell standards [Engineering Information Specification (EIS) DEP 82.00.10.30-Gen] and sound understanding and exposure to full asset lifecycle principles.
• Verifiable experience on Project Information Management, data control and handover processes.
• Skilled in engineering data warehouse (EDW) tools - Preferably AHA, SPF.
• Demonstrate experiences on data-centric applications for maintenance management Systems mainly E-SPIR 2000, SAP/PM, GIS and PACER/CM.
• Knowledge of project management and engineering process and interaction with Project Engineers and Discipline engineers.
• Should be able to work without supervision as he/she will be based on Contractor’s site.
