Quality Control Manager/Process Auditor (CoW) - Construction

A well experienced building/construction engineer is required for a construction company in Lekki to primarily serve as the Clerk of Works and take charge of process audit at its building sites. This position will, at a senior level,carry out value and quality management, building process auditing, strategyprocess improvement, design and drive a project charter, carry out sequencing, draw work breakdown schedules, actively establish relationships between work activities and estimate resources needed and activity durations, carry out site risk management, procurement, change control tests and change impact analysis. The positions will also carry out work efficiencyanalysis and raise alarm bell for inefficiencies and obsolescence.

This is a senior role requiring a minimum of 8years direct experience in construction, engineering, value management or project management including a clear Clerk of Works experience.

Must have a degree in civil engineering, building technology, project management or other related disciplines. Relevant additional training in business administration,value/ project management or project economics will be a clear advantage.
