Saipem contracting nigeria limited; excellent place to work or not?

Is Saipem Contracting Nigeria Limited an excellent place to start a career as a Trainee or not?

Guy, if you are well connected and u can find your way into coys like shell, total, chevron, mobil, etc which are oil procucing coys, just go ahead and don't waste ur time going to saipem.

But as a fresher with no connection, to start a career in the oil and gas industry, I can assure u that saipem is a training school for the oil and gas industry. The only condition which you must satisfy to join the coy is to be humble and don't size the coy's pay package as an oil producing coy.

If u are afta the pay, guy just go straight to the coys I listed above otherwise, take a leap and go aboard.

A little word is enoff for the wise

Are those coys the only coy, you see as oil coy, how about the rest that pays which didn't know?? And, are you saying Saipem does have good pay that give its worker living? Then why are engineers still working for them?

@kreal; you sound as if you know much about Saipem Contracting Nig Ltd. I don't mind if you tell me more about their welfare.

Don't mis-interprete me, saipem is an oil servicing coy to all the coys I mentioned (shell, total, chevron, mobil ETC). In clear terms, its an oil servicing coy, its NOT an oil producing. If u check d pay packages of oil producing coys in other threads, u don't expect an oil servicing to pay its trainee engineer the same way an oil producing coy will pay its own trainee.

Its a nice place to work, BUT if u are afta the pay package and not to develop rseif in the oil and gas industry, that's y I said go straight to the oil producing coys.

You will leave comfortably as a SAIPEM staff no doubt about that.

@efemena.ejaife; In essence, u are saying it's an excellent place to start a career. Do you have an idea what the pay package is for entry level?

As for the pay package, I can't tell. Y not attend the interview first, if u are not interested in what they have to offer, u can take a walk.

I will still assure u, its a good place to work, you will learn a lot.
