Apparently, the interviews held today. Only current Oando Engineer-Staff seeking change of department were shortlisted and interviewed. In a nutshell, it was an in-house recruitment. I got that from an inside source.

They only publish vacancies bcos companies are rated by how often they publish positions. Most advert you see in most companies are already occupied before the advert.
