A fast growing real estate management, development and sales company, requires the services of:

Job Title: Secretary
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• He shall be in charge of preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.
• He shall be the one who must organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
• He shall responsible to take type and distribute minutes of meetings.
• He shall responsible to maintain schedules and calendars.
• He shall handle mail and other important materials for the executive.
• He shall maintain and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND in relevant discipline.
• He must be able to operate all the office equipment and manage the office space.
• He must have full knowledge and experience in software applications, spreadsheets, word processing and database management.
• He must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• He must have knowledge of business principles.
• He must be proficient in spelling, grammar, punctuation and other English language skills.
• He must be able to pay attention to detail.
• He must be punctual not only to work but to other commitments in regards to the company functions.
