Recruitment awards for 2012

On a lighter note guys, it's the end of the year and I want us to propose awards to companies' recruitment that happened this year. I know these coys visit this site and our views on this topic may help them fine tune their recruitment processes in the future. My awards are as follows:

Longest recruitment of the year-- KPMG, NNPC, TOTAL UPSTREAM (depending when u started)
Shortest recruitment of the year--PZ Cussons (took only 3months to conclude)
Most organised aptitude test-- PZ Cussons
Most disorganised aptitude test--Nimasa (see population)
Most confusing recruitment of the year-- Shell (i cant begin to explain)
