Recruitment Assistant in an Oil/Gas company in Lagos

In order to support its growing activities, ANOTECH-ENERGY Nigeria is looking for a Recruitment assistant for its Nigerian branch in Lagos.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Interfacing directly with the Operational Manager and the HR specialist
•Searching for suitable CVs on various joboards/networks and matching these profiles with the needs requested by Clients.
•Identifying and making proper qualification of potential candidates.
•holding interviews phone and / or physical with selected candidates
•Working with Company's Data Base :
-processing of incoming CVs
-monitoring CVs placed on different joboards/networks
-updating on regular basis
•Provide a local reporting to the global & international HR organization

REQUIREMENTS

•High education (Bachelor's degree is mandatory as a minimum)
•Previous experience in recruitment of engineers with not less than 2-3 years experience in an out staffing recruitment company is mandatory.
•Fully fluent level of English is required; knowledge of French language is a plus.
•Personal skills as ability to work independently/in a team, responsibility, discipline
