Guys, I think it will be better if you follow the instruction laid out by PTDF to download the forms. It's much easier that way. I downloaded mine successfully without hiccups. It also gives you the chance of reviewing ur application and confirm that there were no errors.

how do i go about it please or where do i get the instructions from.

@doziej84, just click on the link that leads you as if u are a new user.From there it brings you to an instruction page,below that page u will find 2 options with something like "Fresh Application" the other "Update Profile". Click on "update profile" after which u'll b required 2 input ur Scratch-card Pin (note: the same one u used for ur application).Ur profile page then opens,find ur way 2 page 6 of 15 (just by clickin on SAVE on the first five pages).Then u find the download links for each form.It doesn't take long to traverse the whole process.

@genmik, NYSC discharge Certificate is so much required by PTDF just like Yar'Adua requires the whole of Nigeria's Treasury to stay alive.

@ejiromakesence, PTDF means Petroleum Trust Development Fund. They are sponsoring Nigerian graduates for masters and Phd overseas. Check their website (go thru google) for more details about them.
