The Ideal candidate should have the following:

1. Experience in tendering on roads and earthworks contracts.
2. Compiling rates and costs to allowable system.
3. Compiling and submitting certificates on time
4. Follow up on certificates to ensure speedy payment
5. Compile and submit weekly costs reports.
6. Very good communication skills
7. At least 5 years experience.

Please note that job location is Cross River State
