Description:

In support of a large federal agency, work with a team to develop a PMO practice. Solid PMO lead and finance background coupled with profound understanding of large scale IT systems and CPIC would be helpful for this position.
Responsibilities:

Managing multiple work streams to create a centralized PMO organization
Developing and maintaining the program management plan, integrated master schedule, and weekly and monthly reporting
Defining the concept of operations for a centralized organization
Record meeting minutes
Identifying the appropriate tools, methods and artifacts that are required within the centralized organization
Developing supporting methodology, SOPs, and artifact templates
Implementing, operating, and maturing the centralized organization
Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts
Developing program briefings
Communication and outreach to program teams

Qualifications:

PMO lead experience

Federal Government or large fiancial instution PMO experience a plus
System development experience a plus
Support to CXO level programs
CPIC and OMB 300 budget submissions
Strategic project planning experience
Ability to coordinate with a large and diverse set of stakeholders
Acquisition lifecycle
Federal Budget process and Federal Shared Services
Planning
Business requirements development and analysis experience
Systems engineering or information systems implementation experience
Methodology (and related templates) development experience
Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong PowerPoint and MS Visio skills
PMP Certification helpful
