two option are available to Lagosians
1. Go to marina, first bank head office and get your card
2. get a bank draft of 1000 face value in favor of ptdf and admin charges paid at alausa, min of edu, then take both to iyana ipaja office of state scholarship board and collect the card.

I went to same first bank marina yestaday,16th december,2009 and the security men at the entrance was announcing that if you are for the scratch card,that no need entering into the banking hall because they dont have the PTDF scratch card

For the Lagosians, I wld suggst u guys try & get it from the northern states (Bauchi, Kano, Kaduna & Plateau). Phoned a frnd 2 get mine from Bauchi 2day. No struggle at all.
