Ptdf reference forms!!!!!!!

Best wishes to all PTDF invitees. However, d link they specified in my e-mail seems not to have the reference forms. Big kudos who tried to provide d previous forms. But, that has not also opened for me.

Also, I want us to post our comments on how tenable getting our former lecturers to sign on the forms is, esp for those that ar very far from their test venues considering the short notice.

Well somebody just call me to say that PTDF sent him a text that the reference form is not needed again.That will be good news but somebody should still send it to me in case they need it again. [email protected]. Thanks.

You are by this mail informed that the reference form is no longer required as part of the accreditation items for the aptitude test. Disregard the instruction on your invitation letter requesting for the download of the reference form. It is no longer required.
