I need those that have information or had benefitted from the PTDF to help me answer this question.
I have a Masters degree and I intend to apply for PhD scholarship under PTDF and I dont have an admission letter from any school yet. Please what should I do? Should I go ahead and apply.

PhD applicants need to have admission. Its stated on their site
It is mandatory for applicants for Phd to have an ADMISSION LETTERS. Besides, they need to provide inf. regarding 'tuition' fee, accommodation fee, etc.
