Yes it was announced that the Exam will be in the second week of March, but since no date was given then and None have been published, it is not Compulsory that the Exam still hold in the 2nd week of March. Things like this are subject to changes. Thus if they need more time to put things in order, so be it (there is nothing U or ME can do about that). The Exam will hold wenever the organisers want it to hold. So People, exercise PATIENCE!!
