PTDF is calling PhD scholars for interview

20010/11 SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR PTDF OSS PHD INTERVIEW

Sequel to the advertisement of October 2009 requesting suitably qualified Nigerians to apply for a scholarship under the 2010/11 Overseas Scholarship Scheme (OSS): the following shortlisted candidates are hereby invited for an interview for the award of PhD scholarship in Oil and Gas related field as well as Management and Law. Please see the LIST .



Candidates were shortlisted based on the following criteria:

Possession of a good first and second degree in either Engineering, Sciences, Geosciences, Environmental Studies, Computer Sciences, Law, Economics, Accountancy and other Management related Courses.
Provision of first and second degree results.
Provision of PhD Research Proposal.
Provision of evidence of valid admission for PhD programme.
Age limit of 45 years for lecturers and 40 years for others.


The interview will commence on Monday, July 5 and end on Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Candidates are required to appear before a panel on experts to defend their research proposals on the dates stipulated against their zones.
